Three bedroom villa with private pool just five minutes from the beach. Villa Wellman enjoys an enviable location as it is just a five minute stroll from the heart of the resort and Playa Blanca's wonderful golden sand beaches.
The villa has a private heated pool, well planted garden, plenty of sunbathing spots and loungers, a built in BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. Whilst internally it has been stylishly decorated and furnished, boasting a large and comfortable lounge equipped with satellite TV and DVD and CD players with doors opening onto the outdoor terrace. Along with a fitted kitchen (no oven), three bedrooms and two bathrooms – one of which is en suite.
Villa Wellman is the ideal choice for anyone seeking a relaxing break in the heart of Playa Blanca without having the hassle of hiring a car.
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
