Modern three bedroom villa with private pool. Located on the private gated development of El Salto this thoroughly modern and stylish villa is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo and around 1km away from the delightful main seafront promenade that runs from one end of Playa Blanca to the other.
The property has a light and airy lounge, which has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and which features a flat screen satellite TV, DVD and CD player. As well as double sliding doors that lead out directly onto the patio and outdoor dining area, which benefits from a retractable sun shade above.
Here guests can enjoy al fresco meals from the BBQ in between soaking up the rays on the sun terrace and enjoying dips in the 4m x 2m swimming pool
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
