I just wanted to drop a note to say what a lovely holiday we had in Villa Su Casa. The villa itself was great, it had everything we needed and the pool was perfect for us. The children are 4 and 6, so to have a pool where they could both stand up in the shallow end was superb. Recently refurbished and redecorated villa close to beaches and resort centre. This four bedroom Villa in Los Calamares is ideally located just a short five minute stroll from all of the bars, shops and restaurants in the heart of the resort. So it´s the perfect choice for anyone who just wants to relax on holiday without having to hire a car.
The property has been decorated and equipped to a high standard as it was entirely refurbished in 2010 and boasts a large lounge with wide screen satellite TV and DVD player. Along with a very smart and modern fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite).
The villa offers everything for a great break in the sun – boasting a secluded, private heated swimming pool, sun terraces and pool furniture and a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ where guests can enjoy long lazy and memorable meals.
The pool terrace is totally secluded and enclosed - ideal for families with children, or sunbathers who want guaranteed privacy.
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
