Modern style new villa with private heated pool and air-conditioning. Comprising a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. There is a large lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The lounge has access to the covered alfresco dining area that leads directly to the pool terraces.The modern kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you will need during your holiday
To the outside there is a covered dining area, a large heated pool and a children's pool.
Walking distance to town and beaches is 15 minutes.
This villa is one of seven identical villas. If you do not have availability on this villa, please remember to check the other Villas de Lujo.
The air-conditioning is controlled by a coin meter - this is a very low charge, but will prevent guests from forgetting to turn the units off.
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
