Luxury, modern three bedroom villa in tranquil location. Villa Buganvilla is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a chilled out break in Playa Blanca as the property enjoys a peaceful location some fifteen minutes stroll away from the heart of the resort and also benefits from air conditioning. So guests can really cool down after a long hot day in the sun.
The villa has been decorated and furnished in contemporary style and boasts a large private heated pool, extensive sun terraces and gardens, as well as a BBQ and outdoor dining area which is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. Whilst indoors guests can relax in the living room, which comes equipped with flat screen satellite TV and DVD and CD players.
The picture is completed by a modern fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, three bedrooms and three bathrooms – two of which are en suite. Villa Buganvilla 61 is also located next door to Villa Buganvilla 60, so the two properties can be combined for larger parties.
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
