Set in the tranquil area of Los Alisios in Playa Blanca, Villa Alisios is situated in an elevated position with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Furthermore, the villa is in a cul-de-sac with no nearby roads so it is very quiet throughout the day.
The design of the villa is modern and very high quality, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, a further family bathroom and a lounge equipped with CD, DVD, flat screen TV and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes everything you would expect of a luxury villa.
Both the lounge and master bedroom have direct access to the pool and sunbathing terraces. Due to its elevated position, guests can enjoy a high level of privacy around the pool. The pool terrace also leads to a separate covered dining area with seating and a barbecue.
To complete the picture are the views to the south coast of Lanzarote, the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby island of Fuerteventura. Perfect for chilling at the end of a lazy day.
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
