Detached two bedroom villa with pool just minutes from the seafront. They say location is everything – and if that's the case then Casa Owens really does have it all.  As this delightful property is situated just a minute’s walk from local restaurants and shops and just five minutes stroll from the  picturesque sea front promenade.
 
The villa is set in a pretty and mature south facing Canarian garden and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard.  Featuring a fully fitted kitchen, two modern bathrooms (one of which is en suite), two bedrooms and a lounge equipped with plenty of home entertainments such as flat screen satellite TV and DVD player.  All of which can be enjoyed in air conditioned comfort.
 
Externally guests can laze by the pool on the comfy sun loungers or enjoy an al fresco meal from the BBQ in the covered outdoor dining area. 
 
Please note that the air-conditioning is controlled by a coin meter - the charge is very low, but it will prevent guests from forgetting to leave the unit switched on.
