Three bedroom villa in Costa Papagayo with sea views and close to beach. If your idea of a perfect holiday is spending plenty of time on the beach or by the pool then Casa Dolores is the one for you. As this property enjoys a great location in the popular area of Costa Papagayo, placing it just a ten minute stroll from the golden sands of Playa Dorada, there's no need to hire a car.
The villa boasts a great outdoors area, complete with ample sun bathing terraces, sun loungers and of course a private heated pool - along with a built in BBQ and covered dining area where guests can enjoy the views whilst eating memorable al fresco meals.
Internally Casa Dolores is both comfortable and well appointed, featuring a living room complete with satellite TV, DVD and hi fi and dining area with access to the outdoor covered terrace. There is also air-conditioning to the lounge and all bedrooms - this is controlled by coin-meter at a rate of 50c per hour. Off the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite)
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
