New, luxury six bedroom villa just five minutes from Playa Flamingo. This stunning six bedroom villa is located in the upmarket Montaña Roja development and benefits from an elevated position which grants great views down to the sea and across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Decorated and equipped to a very high standard the property boasts not just one but two kitchens, as well as two lounge areas – one on each floor. Both of which come equipped with a raft of home entertainment options such as Sky TV with Films and Sports channels, free Wi-Fi internet access, DVD player and hi-fi. With guests able to enjoy music piped to both the roof terrace and the covered dining area below.
Here guests will also find the large private heated pool, sun loungers and spacious garden, along with a BBQ that's just ideal for creating delicious al fresco meals outdoors. Whilst back indoors the villa´s four double bedrooms and two twins offer comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests.
Please note that prices for less than 6 bedrooms are available on request.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
