Modern detached villa in a quiet and peaceful location. This impressive four bedroom property offers bags of privacy and tranquillity thanks to its location in a very peaceful part of Playa Blanca, but is still within reasonable walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) of the heart of the resort. Making it ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful location for their holiday break.
Externally Casa Carla boasts a private heated pool, surrounded by ample sunbathing areas, mature gardens and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, along with a special BBQ area equipped with dining table and 8 chairs. Indoors guests can cool down after a hot, lazy day in air conditioned comfort - which is equipped with Sky TV (movies and sports) - or in one of two dining areas, one of which overlooks the swimming pool and garden.
For those who like to stay in touch, there is also free broadband wireless internet.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms complete the picture of this property which is just perfect for a family seeking private and peaceful accommodation.
