Hi Richard.
First of all I must apologise for the delay in sending this e-mail I don't know where the time has gone!! I would like to say a big thank you for a great holiday in Playa Blanca. We all had a fantastic time and you and the Optima team were responsible for ensuring everything was taken care of.
We will be booking another two week holiday through yourselves for next October in the New Year.Well thanks again for all your help and we look forward to booking with you next year.

If you do steal anything then it's not like "we'll hunt you to the ends of the earth". In truth, it will cost us too much money to fight you in court, so therefore we hope that guilt will be a strong enough deterrent !!!
